Personal Training

Personal Training can take place either at your house or park or other specified location. The personal training starts with an hourís consultation to discuss your current level of fitness, goals, and schedule, and to also start looking at nutrition. From there an exercise programme will be designed for you to achieve your goals and a timetable for the personal training will be decided.

Circuit Training Group Classes at local venues

If you donít have time to go to a gym or donít want to pay the monthly fees, Bren teaches Circuit Training classes at local Village Halls and Community Centres. Classes have a maximum of 12 people, are varied from week to week, are suitable for men and women, can be taken by people of all ages and fitness levels, and will give benefits in both aerobic and anaerobic fitness.

Company Classes

We all know how important health is and providing exercise classes for staff could bring a whole host of benefits, including giving staff a sense of being looked after by the company, less lethargy at work, an increase in general health and so a possible reduction in sick days, and so on.

Marathon Training

As someone who regularly does marathons, Bren knows that most of the hard work in a marathon is done in the training. Your training not only makes all the difference between completing the marathon and maybe not completing it, but also in determining just how quickly and well youíll recover after the marathon. The seemingly endless runs and endless miles are really tough and motivating yourself can be a massive task, but Brendan can be there to help you along the way in achieving your goal of running a marathon!
