About Brendan

Brendan has been exercising for 20 years, predominantly light weights, running including regularly doing marathons, cycling and swimming, and decided to take his passion for exercise and combine it with his background in teaching to help other people. With experience in cooking too, especially Japanese cooking, and a nutrition qualification, Brendan can also give advice about balancing your diet. As Brendan well knows, there is no quick and easy way to lose weight, despite what all the exercise and diet fads tell us, but it doesn’t have to be all bad news and together, Brendan will help you on your way to a healthier, more energetic, and therefore happier you! .

  • CYQ Level 2 in Fitness Instructing
  • CYQ Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training
  • The Training Room Certificate in Studio Cycling (Spinning)
  • The Training Room Certificate in Circuit Training
  • The Training Room Certificate in Sports Nutrition
  • The Training Room Certificate in Gym Based Boxing
